The shop
Who are we? An independent tableware shop located in Vélizy-Villacoublay. We work with major French and foreign brands and offer first-choice pieces (premier choix), with their agreement.
Opening hours and contact? Wednesday to Friday 11am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm, on 01 34 65 32 77 or by e-mail.
Wedding list? Yes: we open wedding lists, with dedicated benefits. Contact us to find out more.
Vouchers and discount codes? Discount vouchers are given out to customers who accept the newsletter: the code is entered in the basket.
Orders
Which payment methods? Secure card payment (3D Secure), payment in instalments subject to eligibility, cheque.
How long does it take to dispatch my order? Products in stock leave within 24 to 48 working hours; longer lead times are shown on the product page.
What happens if the price changes? The price applied is the one displayed and confirmed at the time of the order.
Delivery
Can I refuse delivery? Yes, if the parcel is clearly damaged: refuse it and let us know, and we will send the order again.
How long is the withdrawal period? Fourteen days from receipt, without having to give any reason.
What should I do when the parcel arrives? Check the condition of the pieces in the presence of the carrier, report any damage and keep the packaging and labels.
What if something is broken? Contact us within 48 hours with photographs: we arrange the replacement under the insured shipping.
Products and stock
Is stock reliable? It is updated daily; if there is a discrepancy, we let you know as soon as possible and offer you a replacement or a refund.
Do you have products other than those on the website? Yes: the shop also offers pieces not listed online. Call us and we will check availability with our suppliers.
Customer account
Is an account compulsory? No, but it lets you track your orders, find your invoices and collect the newsletter benefits.
